So you’ve had a look around at events DJs for hire, checked out our packages & service options and you’ve decided to book Finer Things DJs for your event. Congratulations – you’ve made a great choice! In this article we thought it would be helpful to outline our booking process, in order to help guide you through the procedure.
The Initial Enquiry
You can contact us by either email, phone or by filling in the contact form below. Please try to provide us with as much information about your event as possible, as this will ensure we can give you an accurate quote. This includes what date your event is being held on, the location of your event and how long you require us at your event for, and Paul will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Please note that we only travel to locations in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
The Booking Process
Once we have confirmed our availability for your date and you are happy with the price, we then ask for a non refundable 20% deposit upfront in order to secure the date, with the rest of the fee payable either in cash on the day of your event, or by bank transfer prior to your event date. Once your event is confirmed with us, we are happy to take any further questions and iron out any additional details in the build up, so please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs as best as we can.
