We are committed to offering a range of live music and DJ services, perfect for any wedding, party or corporate event. Here is a brief overview of all of our unique entertainment packages.

  • DJ Only Package – We are highly experienced Colchester DJs specialising in weddings, parties and corporate events. We carry a wide range of music and can offer comparing if required.
  • Acoustic Duo Package – Hire the Finer Things Acoustic Duo for chilled out sets during the day or live acoustic music in the evening. The acoustic duo are a vocalist and guitarist with a DJ service included.
  • Acoustic Trio Package – Add keys to the acoustic duo for the ultimate acoustic trio! Ideal for drinks receptions or evening entertainment. DJ service included.
  • 4 Piece Acoustic Band Package – Male and female vocal, guitar, keys and cajon playing all the hits and floor fillers to leave your guests satisfied! DJ service included. For a full songs list check out our live music repertoire page.

Great for those who don't require live music but still want a good time!
5pm arrival and setup
Wide range of great party music
Comparing and announcements if required
Professional lighting
DJ Booth in white or black
Requests in advance or on the night (subject to availability)
12am finish
Acoustic Duo Package
Stripped down live music package. DJ Included.
Chilled out acoustic music during the day or evening, followed by DJ sets to end things with a bang.
5pm arrival and setup
2 x 1 hour sets of live music from our acoustic guitar and vocals
Learn and perform your first dance (subject to terms)
Professional Lighting
Comparing and announcements if required
DJ sets included
12am finish
Acoustic Trio Package
Upbeat acoustic sets with guitar, keys and vocals. DJ Included.
Similar to our acoustic duo package but with more groove! Followed by DJ sets to end things with a bang.
5pm arrival and setup
2 x 1 hour sets of live music with acoustic guitar, keys and vocal
Learn and perform your first dance (subject to terms)
Professional Lighting
Comparing and announcements if required

4 Piece Acoustic Band Package
Live music from our 4 piece acoustic band with DJ included.
Our top wedding or party service! A 4 piece acoustic band consisting of male and female vocals, guitar, keys and cajon.
5pm arrival and setup
2 x 1 hour sets of live music from our 4 piece acoustic band
Learn and perform your first dance (subject to terms)
Professional lighting
Comparing and announcements if required
DJ sets included
12am finish

PACKAGE UPGRADES

Personalise your event to your requirements. We are delighted to be able to offer the following additional services and upgrades to any of our 4 packages:

  • Learn & perform additional songs not featured in our repertoire (charged per song)
  • Later than 12am finish.
  • Earlier than 5pm arrival and setup.
  • Additional live acoustic sets during the day (perfect for drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts etc)
  • Microphones for speeches and use of our sound system.
  • Compare your event throughout the day and evening.
  • A Bass player can be added to any live music package.
